Comme l\u2019eau s\u2019\u00e9vapore mais que le sel ne s\u2019\u00e9vapore pas, la mer devient et reste sal\u00e9e au fil des millions d\u2019ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce qu\u2019il faut retenir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les rivi\u00e8res apportent sans cesse des sels dissous \u00e0 l\u2019oc\u00e9an.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019\u00e9vaporation concentre le sel : l\u2019eau part, le sel reste.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La salinit\u00e9 influence la vie marine (flottabilit\u00e9, esp\u00e8ces adapt\u00e9es).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c0 essayer (maison\/classe)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Remplis deux soucoupes : l\u2019une avec de l\u2019eau du robinet, l\u2019autre avec de l\u2019eau sal\u00e9e. Laisse-les au soleil ou pr\u00e8s d\u2019un radiateur une journ\u00e9e. Compare ce qui reste au fond : des cristaux apparaissent l\u00e0 o\u00f9 l\u2019eau contenait du sel.
